Tempest Reign and Inkarnate Press are committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage our Shipping, Returns, and Refunds.
What is Shipping?
Shipping is the sending of goods from our location to the address you specify when ordering physical products from the website.
Our Shipping Method
Tempest Reign and Inkarnate Press currently ship physical goods to addresses located within Australia and New Zealand, via Australia Post standard shipping services, or Australia Post express shipping services, as elected by you; tracking is standard on all parcels sent.

Shipping to US, CA, UK, and EU are available via direct shipping from an Ingram Spark printing facility. Shipping from Australia is available by direct request only via the website ‘Contact’ tab.

Shipping to other locations may be requested via the website ‘Contact’ tab.
Shipping Costs
Tempest Reign/ Inkarnate Press to sender: Shipping costs are defined by Australia Post based on the size and weight of the parcel being sent, and the location the parcel is being sent to. Our Shipping Fees cover the Australia Post shipping cost.

Ingram Spark direct ship to sender: Shipping costs are defined by Ingram Spark based on the size and weight of the parcel being sent, and the location the parcel is being sent to. Our Shipping Fees cover the Ingram Spark shipping cost.
Processing Times
We currently have a Processing Time of one to three business days for products which are in stock. If this timeframe is not expected to be met, we will contact you via email with an updated Processing Time as soon as possible.
Tempest Reign and Inkarnate Press may increase the Processing Time due to the following:
• Products becoming out of stock; or
• A large number of orders being processed; or
• Other factors including but not limited to severe weather incidents, illness, etc.
Pre-order items: Processing times for pre-orders will be the estimated date of arrival of stock, plus regular Processing Times. Updates will be emailed if the estimated date of arrival has changed.
Shipping Times
Tempest Reign/ Inkarnate Press to sender: Shipping Times are estimates as shown at the time of ordering, and afterwards in Australia Post updates; these are subject to changes due to delays within the Australia Post system.
Ingram Spark direct ship to sender: Shipping Times are subject to printing and shipping by Ingram Spark.
Returns & Refunds
Tempest Reign and Inkarnate Press adhere to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and provide exchanges and returns as required by The Act.

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund if you received a damaged/ faulty item. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and provide photos of both the damage and original packaging, and we will replace or refund the item. Refunds are made within 5-7business days via original payment method.

Damaged/ faulty items are those which have significant or severe printing errors/ binding issues/ torn pages/ cover damage etc.

Minor wear and tear, slight cover/ page bending, or minor printing errors do not qualify as damaged/ faulty. Please contact us if you require assistance.

Securely packaging the item and including a copy of your order confirmation

Shipping it back to us via the address you received upon contacting us. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Tempest Reign and Inkarnate Press do not accept exchanges or refunds in the following situations:

Found cheaper/ different alternatives elsewhere

Damage due to misuse or neglect of the item

Minor damage or faults

Delayed delivery by post
If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, a 20% administration and processing fee is applicable, and you will be refunded the remaining total via your original payment method.

No refunds will be issued for personalised orders (e.g., where a book has been personalised), other than as required by Australian Consumer Law.
